In 2009 we originally started as a truckmounted carpet cleaning service and have grown into the home maintenance spectrum over the years. We simply love helping our clients have homes that are cleaner, safer, and efficient.

Hello, my name is Joe Torrez and I am the founder of ServiceNinjaz Home Maintenance. We are a family owned business based out of Beaumont, CA. In 2009 my wife Michelle and I started as a carpet cleaning company because we seen the need for the upkeep of our homes floors and was disappointed with what the market had to offer. Our goal was to become the very best in our town by providing trustworthy, reliable, and most educated in the carpet cleaning market.

As time progressed I acquired an interest in home inspection, because as a new homeowner I wanted to take good care of the home my wife and I worked so hard to buy. After much hard work we reached the American dream of homeownership, and I did not take that for granted. So little by little I began learning more and more about homes and even became certified by interNachi for home inspection. Although with an already well established carpet and tile cleaning business we weren't willing to give that up in exchange for a new career.

In 2018 we started learning more about dryer vents and the proper service they require. Our home at the time went right out the sidewall, so I really didn't care to know much about them. Until one day at an NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) trade event we learned that most of the dryer vents in our community were more complex and could run distances up to 25+ feet! We were at the time getting inquiries about this service, but didn't really have much interest until we  started hearing more about dryer fires being caused by blocked up vents. I knew I had to step up to the plate and give my community my best at this service. So in 2020 my son and I got right to work and began learning everything we possibly could and added dryer vent cleaning, and dryer lint removal to our services.

As we started our dryer vent cleaning services, I began to see the need for us to offer the same home maintenance care that I was providing my home. I understand that staying on track with the home maintenance list can sometimes be difficult, and my goal is to help relieve that extra work for you.

That is why we have created a systematized approach to care for your homes important maintenance needs such as; dryer lint catch cleanout, dryer vent cleaning, washing machine hose inspection and replacements, refrigerator compressor and coil cleaning, tankless hot water heater flushing and de-scaling,  and more services being added.
