Our Seasonal Club is a non contract service plan that puts your home on a predictable home maintenance schedule. We understand that life gets busy and far to often many home maintenance items get forgotten about that later cause costly repairs. Our mission at ServiceNinjaz is to prevent that and help you enjoy living your best life possible, allowing you to do more of what you love.

The ServiceClub is simple, practical and affordable and works like this... You give us call to schedule an initial consultation. Upon that appointment we will meet and create a custom schedule of the services that will benefit you most, after that you will be assigned a dedicated concierge team (customer service / and dedicated technician) We believe in consistency and will not be sending "new/random" technicians to your home on each visit. Our goal is to know and care for your home as a dedicated specialist should, we also care about the personal relationships we will build trough the years. After you have been assigned a team we will reach out to you to get your new home maintenance plan scheduled.
